Harvested from old vines in the Four Mile Creek sub-appellation. The vibrant copper colour comes from the minimal skin contact that occurred in the hours between picking and pressing. Wild fermented in a mixture of new and neutral French oak barrels to develop texture and richness on the palate, then aged in stainless steel to preserve freshness and aromatics.
