The majority of this wine underwent spontaneous fermentation in the cellar. Aged for 14 months in a mixture of 25% new and 75% neutral French oak barrels, producing a perfumed and elegant Pinot Noir with a pretty, complex nose of dark berries and earth. Delicately balanced with a crunchy palate of red fruit flavour and lingering finish.
