A fresh, delicate and lively white with lots of citrus and minerality. Light bodied, everyday day, any occassion kind of white that can be enjoyed alone as an aperitif or as a compliment to light and fresh Meditarrenean foods and flavours. A blend of sustainably grown grapes from the Languedoc in southern France. 60% Sauvignon Blanc, 25% Colombard, 15% Grenache Blanc. Fermented in stainless steel.
