Crisp fragrances of apple slices with cream and a delicate citrusy inference. A mouthful is bright and playfully textured, with flavours reminding of green apple, honey and toasted almond. Grapes were hand-picked from our original Moira site at average 21.6° brix. After whole-cluster pressing, the juice finished primary fermentation in stainless steel. The majority of the wine settled and aged on the lees in a horizontal steel tank, while a small remainder was directed to steel barrels for nine months.
